- WHICH CUSTOMERS ARE CHANGING PRODUCTS?
Customers can change other products when they receive products that are not in accordance with the description on the website, the product is defective by the manufacturer, does not fit in the size or simply no longer satisfied with the purchased product.
- LULULALA'S RETURN POLICY:
Customers can change to another product only 1 time and within 7 days from the time of receipt. The modified product needs to meet the following conditions:
• The product is not in use, not dirty. (When testing footwear, you should wear socks and try shoes on a clean background to make sure the product is not stained).
• New products selected for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not receive a refund.
• In case the product to be exchanged is placed during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to apply the preferential price.
